Yes! Finally, i've been about two weeks without any school or exams; though last week i did five shifts of work, so that was a bit of a downpour on that freedom.

Anyways, going to NZ next week and i'm excited cause it means i can go see all my old friends who i have been missing (though i absolutely love my aussie friends too).
So that shall be fun; hopefully they still have sherbet filled raspberry licorice over there. So i hope.

I've decided to enter that Darksiders competition, seeing as i'm in desperate want of a PS3 and yet not that willing to actually PAY for one yet. So, hopefully this'll be my big break into the sketch sketching world of sketchers that actually win stuff. I'm proud of the idea that i've drawn so far, but hope its actually in light of what they're looking for. I've been using some of the resources to check out this guy's art style, so hopefully it sorta follows that.

Anyways, it should be finished in a few days; meanwhile i'm also participating in the DAWriterStrike secret santa writing, so so far i've written about a page and a bit for it. So far its sorta like a prologue to one epic novel, but i don't think my person would mind; after all, it allows the imagination to flourish, and perhaps they'll want to continue the story.

I saw New Moon with my friends (yes i feel you cringing) but hey, it actually wasn't that bad. I think even guys would enjoy it this time cause of the awesome wolf fights and vampire fights and actionness(i'm one of those people who can sit through a movie if all that was going for it was the explosions). Which is of course then why i enjoyed Terminator 4 so much-story and explosions.

Anyways, it was far better than the first, so i'm willing to watch it again.
(Please not spam dissing me for watching New Moon, i get that a lot of people are horrified by this defiant act against the need to conform to attack the movie).
